Western And Japanese Workshops

Reiki is a healing technique redicovered in the l9th century by Dr Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk.  It is believed that the technique was first used by Tibetan monks and is probably thousands of years old. Reiki is deeply relaxing and has a profound calming effrect. Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other pleasant sensations, or nothing at all.

It is an entirely natural and safe form of healing that is non-invasive and is complementary to other therapies and conventional medicine.

My Reiki courses are open to anyone, including existing Reiki students.  You do not need any special gift, talent or prior knowledge to learn it.

In relaxed workshops YOU can begin to take responsibility for healing YOURSELF with this simple but powerful hands on technique.

REIKI 1.  Learn the true history of Reiki, the basic hand positions, some of the Japanese healing techniques.  Sense auras, learn how to clear negative energy from yourself and others. Experience giving Reiki to others.  Meet your Reiki Guide in meditation.  Certificate and Manual.

REIKI 2.  An action packed two days.  Learn easily Dr Usui's symbols for power, grounding, mental/emotional healing and distant healing.  More Japanese healing techniques plus empowering meditation using the Reiki symbols.  Certificate and Manual.

REIKI 3.  A truly enlightening two day course, teaching many Japanese specialist techniques for better healing results. Learn how to relieve the symptoms of stress, trauma, remove energy blocks and much more.  Certificate and Manual.

REIKI 4. MASTER/TEACHER.  Receive two more empowering symbols and learn how to work with them and the energy they provide.  Start to learn how to attune and teach others.  I will invite you to sit in on future Reiki 1 classes that I give, to learn and absorbe the attunement techniques. Manual and Certificate.
